Product Reviews

thrivebetter-cardio-twister-aerobic-weight-loss-fat-burning-reviewI fell for it.  Yeah, my wife and I fell for it.  We bought a Cardio Twister.  This is my review of the “aerobic and twist exercise with easy to follow fat burning diets for fast weight loss”.

top appetite suppressant Cardio TwisterAccording to the site,

Regular steppers move up and down, but only Brenda’s exercise machine twists your waist while it moves your legs up, down and in and out for sleeker, sexier abs and legs.

And, here are the claims and testimonials on the site:

“I lost 26.6 lbs and 3 3/4 inches in 8 weeks.  I suffer from chronic, lower back pain. I had trouble getting out of bed. The CardioTwister™ System has changed my life! It has strengthened my back so much!” – Cheryl Rogers, San Diego

“I lost 23.1 lbs and 20 1/4 inches in 8 weeks.  I am very happy with my results. This CardioTwister™ System works and it’s just FANTASTIC!” – Brian Chambers, San Diego

“I lost 19.3 lbs and 22 3/4 inches in 8 weeks.  I love the CARDIOTWISTER™ because it’s all you need to get a “total body” workout regardless of what level of fitness you’re at!!” – Janet Redmond, San Diego

“I lost 26.8 lbs and 22 1/2 inches in 8 weeks.  My clothes are falling off of me now! Actually, I think I can fit a small person in the side of my shorts because of how much I’ve lost.” – Kent Georgi, San Diego

“I lost 19.3 lbs and 22 3/4 inches in just 8 weeks.  With the CardioTwister™ System you can do it! Just don’t give up and this will work for you.” – Ron Chase, San Diego

Well, neither my wife nor I will provide a testimonial on the Cardio Twister like you read above.

Cardio Twister Review

I felt nothing.  Yup, I tried it, but felt nothing.  No resistance or burning anywhere.  It was a really easy exercise.  My wife followed the video where the International Fitness Expert, Brenda DyGraf led a series of workouts that sound fun, but do nothing for your abs, legs, thighs, and no fat burning was felt anywhere. Even after 15 plus minutes of repetition, still no burning.

As an aside, Brenda DyGraf is pretty irritating to listen to and watch – her DVD is annoying all around.  I’m just sayin’.

So, we are sending it back.

Assembly (Cardio Twister)

It was really easy to put together.  And, 10 days later, it was really easy to take apart.

Billing Practices (Cardio Twister)

This part was weird.  We paid $14.95 USD for a 30 day trial.  After the 30 day trial of the Cardio Twister, then Cardio Twister will bill us $49.95 in 4 monthly payments to Cardio Twister.  Well, we’re sending it back before the 30 day Cardio Twister trial is up.

So, … (Cardio Twister Weight Loss Exercise)

I don’t recommend buying the Cardio Twister.  I think you’re better off going to a Gym, saving your money, running outside, on a treadmill, wrestling with your kids, or something else.  But, I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND the Cardio Twister.

Pictures Review (Cardio Twister)

Below are a few pictures for your Review of the Cardio Twister, the so called aerobic and twist exercise with easy to follow fat burning diets for fast weight loss.

Around the Web (Cardio Twister Reviews)

Here are some Cardio Twister Reviews from sites found on the web:

I have been using the cardiotwister for six months now and it definitely works..determination is the key, I to the basic workout 2 times a week and the advanced workout 3 times a week..the cd comes with the cardio twister!! I have definitely seen an improvement in my body, especially waist and abs!! With every exercise program you need to be committed and also a good diet!!

At first I thought it was a good piece of exercise equipment to purchase, but after talking to friends and doing some research…I thought it might be better to just get out and walk instead! I did buy a Gazelle Edge for those days when it was too cold or wet outside.

I saw it on TV and thought it might be good for me. I googled it and found dozens and dozens of bad reviews on home shopping network (www.hsn.com). Too bad. The idea seemed good and it looked like actually worked. Apparently it’s junk.

I think its great, the motion of it is sort of like riding a bike but not sitting on the seat. Ive been using it for two weeks, i try to do about 30 min a day, and already i have noticed it has given my legs more definition, lifted my butt, and strengthened the muscles around my hips. I wouldn’t say its the best for someone looking to firm up there abs, because i feel minimal tension there, but if your looking for a shapely buttocks and thighs, its great, and its not annoying either…the time just flies on it.

I am glad to hear that others have had some experience with the Cardio Twister. I know I could probably get the same kind of exercise doing pilates or other exercises but it looks like so much fun to do! It would also motivate me to exercise more since I have a problem in getting motivated to do things. I just might shell out the money and get myself an early Christmas present!

thanks for adding to the conversation everyone I was on my treadmill this morning and saw the add for the cardio twister and would have purchased it had it not been for your thoughts.  whoever said that there are cheaper options – pilates – you know what you’re right. We’re always looking for an easier way than just doing the exercise ourselves. Come on guys – we can just … exercise!

i would say save your money. i purchased a cardio twister and nearly 3 months later still do not have the full machine. they shipped me some parts and try as i might i have not been able to get the rest. after 2 months of being told the parts were shipped, i called again today only to be told that they would send me a label for return of the machine. needless to say, i will be calling my bank and visa in the a.m. to get them on the case.

I have tried it and definitely don’t recommend it. First of all it took over 2 hours to put together so you know you are not just going to try it and send it back. I would love to send mine back. It is kind of fun, but as far as results, there are many cheap alternatives. Esp pilates, ballet and rebounding. Good luck.

I only found one little message board with 2 or 3 posts, I’m probably missing it.  I’ve been hula hooping for months with a 4 pound hoop and I am really pleased with it..I do 20-25 minutes 6 days a week

the cardio twister intrigued me because I need a different form of cardio aside from the elliptical and I like machines better then aerobic DVDs but I can’t use a stair climber and I’m not fond of treadmills…I was considering maybe getting a recumberant bike but with the bike your upper body doesn’t move much at all and my arms are a problem area for me

has anyone seen the infomercial for the new cardio twister thing?  www.cardiotwister.com

i’m really tempted to order it but i usually only order infomercial products after reading reviews and i can’t find a review for it anywhere, i think it is still too new?  it’s intrigueing me, the machine looks promising enough to actually work if used consistently… i know most infomercials are gimmicks but i think some machines do have promise- i’ve been using the leg magic for almost 2 weeks now and must say i am pleased with it- my thighs actually feel and look a little firmer

    Strategies to Avoid Emotional Eating…

Most likely you have never heard of rebounding? No, it has nothing to do with basketball, but it could improve your ‘ball game! A rebounder is basically a mini trampoline, furthermore, the act of bouncing on one is called rebounding….
